Warning: this may give you goose bumps

This video brought a tear to my eye.  It did resonate loudly the effort my own mother put in over the years helping me achieve my goals.

There is a deeper understanding since becoming a mother myself, with the extent of the sacrifices mum made. Sure, I probably took her for granted at times, as most kids do, but there really is a story behind every success...and success doesn't happen overnight.

You may or may not have seen this, but with the Olympics only about a month away I thought it was a great little intro to get us in the mood.
