There has been something that has been pleasing me to no end this month. It's been a long time coming and I have been dreaming of this for quite some time now.
My two girls playing together...seeing it in action now is THE BESTEST thing ever!
Now that Summer is nearly two, she is Ella's number 1 fan and shadow, it really is like watching the mother duck and her duckling.
Sure, they have their moments and Ella's 'Summering' can do my head in at times, but, they certainly don't overshadow the majority.
As I sit here writing, they are chasing each other around the house, squealing and giggling. The house is always being torn apart and Ella is teaching her younger sister her 'not so great' habits but I really wouldn't have it any other way.
It has made the 9 months of nausea and hellish first year so worth it's trouble for Ella to have a sibling..and a sister at that!
We have had a tough month with Andrew's dad in hospital for the past 2 1/2 weeks so it really has been the ray of sunshine to brighten our day.
Precious times that I want etched in my memory forever.x
