The elevit guide to conceiving...and I make a guest appearance!

I have a little something special to share with you all today, and it's all in a little booklet that I helped contribute my thoughts to.

The Elevit Guide to Conceiving is a joint venture between Elevit Iodine and Essential Baby and is a great little booklet to help make conceiving an all-round happier experience.

I must admit I was a little hesitant at first and actually turned down the opportunity but with a fair bit of encouragement I added my ten cents worth.  Not that I don't think it is a very worthwhile topic, it was just that I felt guilty that for us it was first time, both times (please don't hate me!) I know so, so many couples out there have many heartbreaking stories to tell, so I thought I would focus on the diet side of things...as this may have helped in our success.  It is no easy road, and one that left me feeling nauseated for 9 months but well worth the sacrifices and lifestyle changes we choose to take.
