I long for Fridays

I love Fridays, really really love Fridays. Not much can rattle me on Fridays because I know the weekend is near.

Since I can remember it has always been the case and what was better than it just being Friday was a Friday afternoon storm. Don't ask me why but it was just the perfect ending to a week. There is definitely something to be said for The Cure song 'Friday I'm in Love".

Usually all my chores are done early in the week. One of my girls goes to kindy so I get to enjoy a rather easy day with 1 child doing what I want to do. Well, as much freedom as I can with a 13 month old running around. I guess it is a good way to get ready for the weekend which seems to be non stop and over in a blink.

The perfect start to a weekend, shame it all seems to go too quick. Oh well I'm looking forward to next Friday already TGIF!
