What's been happening lately..

Well it didn't take long for the uplifting high of fellow aussie Adam Scott's win to be overshadowed by the terrible tragedy at the Boston marathon this morning.  From one great sporting event to the next and how different the outcomes can be. I am still to hear the winner of this event but really it seems irrelevant now that lives have been lost.

 

So, to help brighten things up I thought I would share a few things that have been going down in my neck of the woods.  It has been exciting times with signing to be an ambassador with a health product and prepared for our first overseas family holiday.

 

Yep, I am now the new face of Fefol, (iron supplement) with the fantastic Pharmacare Group so I look forward to helping spread the word about a product I have taken for years. With a photo shoot and website commercial in the process I'll be sure to keep you up to date with this one.

 

Next month we're off to Hawaii for a planned holiday with some ocean paddling races on the side.  I've gone into complete planning overdrive, and actually annoy myself with this one as to how thorough I get with planning ANYTHING! Do you do that? But it all comes together so well in the end that I'm thankful my overly organised personality can be bothered.

So it'll be awesome to just get over there and chill (once we get over the plane flight with kids) and do what is done best when in Hawaii - play in the ocean! Not that we have it bad here in Australia but it will be nice to get a break from the unstable weather we have had of late. I'm sure I'll bombard you with pics just to make you feel like you're there too ;)

 

So, apart from that I'm having a new site being finalised as we speak.  I'm moving to wordpress and have updated my blog with more along the lines of what I'm about so if anyone out there has any tips for the smooth transition from blogger to wordpress once I go live to let everyone know my new home please feel free to share!

 

So it's full steam for now ahead but look forward to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
